Formulate medicinal chemistry strategies and execute programs from Hit ID to nomination.
Apply Structure-Based Drug Design (SBDD) to optimize properties.
Interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK/Toxicology data to drive programs.
Use data visualization and metrics to form hypotheses and prioritize strategies.
Collaborate with industry partners on drug discovery projects.
Mentor internal chemists and other scientists in medicinal chemistry.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry with 12+ yrs industry exp OR MS with 18+ yrs.
Expert in SBDD and physical property optimization.
Expert in data visualization/metrics to drive prioritization.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience leading drug discovery programs.
Ability to mentor chemists and collaborators.
