  • Lead design and execution of the Medicare Advantage Transformation plan aligned with growth goals.
  • Direct cross-functional workstreams for MA initiatives: Stars, risk adjustment, costs.
  • Monitor KPIs for MA; identify gaps and pivot strategy to meet shared savings targets.
  • Collaboration & Change Management:
  • Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Product, and Field Ops to translate MA initiatives into practice workflows.
  • Navigate ambiguity to secure buy-in; MA transformation remains a top priority.
  • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years in healthcare strategy or operations; at least 5 years in Medicare Advantage
  • 6+ years leading cross-functional pods
  • Deep MA knowledge: Stars, HCC coding, V28 transition, and supplemental benefits
  • Proven track record managing large, complex projects end-to-end
  • Comfort in ambiguity; build-as-you-go environment and turn goals into plans
  • Strong collaboration skills; lead through influence across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills; translate data into executive narratives
  • Passion for primary care and disrupting fee-for-service
  • MBA, MHA, or MPH
  • Physical requirements: Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer use
