🎯 Requirements

- Cross-functional leadership across Data Eng, Ops, Marketing and GTM/Sales.
- Incident management and post-mortem ownership (data downtime KPI).
- Experience building health monitoring frameworks (alerting, dashboards, SLAs).
- Strong data literacy and SQL; data pipeline awareness.
- Track record of driving systematic improvement, not just firefighting.
