🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, and payer marketing
- Prior launch experience in the US market
- Deep expertise in U.S. payer, reimbursement, coverage, and coding for specialty PBMs
- Proven experience developing payer value propositions and payer-facing materials
- Strong analytical skills using market access data (e.g., HUB, claims data)
- People leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and developing teams
- Experience with pricing strategy, contract modeling, and gross-to-net management
- Strong vendor management and contracting across agencies and pricing vendors
