📋 Description

  • Shape payer value story for launch with evidence-based value proposition.
  • Drive payer marketing/launch with Medical Affairs; develop PIE content.
  • Define payer evidence needs; identify data gaps; address pre/post-launch needs.
  • Develop access tools and comms for field teams and patient support.
  • Establish cross-functional feedback loop to identify access barriers and resolve issues.
  • Oversee post-launch pricing ops; price governance; gross-to-net with Finance.
  • Lead agencies and vendors; monitor payer dynamics; report risks and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, and payer marketing
  • Prior launch experience in the US market
  • Deep expertise in U.S. payer, reimbursement, coverage, and coding for specialty PBMs
  • Proven experience developing payer value propositions and payer-facing materials
  • Strong analytical skills using market access data (e.g., HUB, claims data)
  • People leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience with pricing strategy, contract modeling, and gross-to-net management
  • Strong vendor management and contracting across agencies and pricing vendors
