- Develop Central Europe market access priorities: pricing, reimbursement, and launch sequence.
- Lead HTA and payer engagement with AMNOG focus to anticipate requirements.
- Own country value dossier strategy and adaptation: comparator selection, evidence gaps, risk mitigation.
- Define and implement pricing strategy: list price, net price corridors, contracting principles.

π― Requirements
- At least 5 years leading HTA submissions & pricing negotiations in the DACH region.
- Strong knowledge of German, Austrian and Swiss healthcare systems and regs.
- Experience generating data for HTA submissions and pricing negotiations; strong agency network.
- Comfortable presenting convincingly at senior levels and to external thought leaders.
- Proven project management of multidisciplinary teams (including external providers).
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute objectives in a cross-functional team.
