- Proven track record of driving LTV growth, reducing churn, and scaling monetization.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+, building and scaling organizations.
- Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, experimentation (CRO), and retention.
- Strong experience with pricing and subscription monetization models.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced segmentation.
