  • Own the global Lifecycle growth strategy to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
  • Lead onboarding, engagement, renewal, upsell, and winback roadmaps globally.
  • Manage a ~20-person team across CRM, lifecycle, pricing, and CRO.
  • Drive AI-powered CRM and personalization with advanced segmentation.
  • Optimize end-to-end journeys from onboarding to renewal (CRO/Lifecycle).
  • Build a unified retention ecosystem by partnering with Product, CS, Data, Eng.

  • 8โ€“10+ years in lifecycle/retention or growth marketing in SaaS/cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of driving LTV growth, reducing churn, and scaling monetization.
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 10+, building and scaling organizations.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, experimentation (CRO), and retention.
  • Strong experience with pricing and subscription monetization models.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced segmentation.
