- Working knowledge of US money transmission licensing, BSA/AML.
- Track record leading product roadmaps in regulated settings.
- Crypto/digital asset payments experience.
- Familiarity with GENIUS Act and MTL landscape; OCC/FQPSI paths.
- Experience scaling payments products from zero to one.
