Senior Director, IT Business Applications (Delivery)

📋 Description

• Lead deployment and evolution of back-office apps (Financials, HR, Payroll, Billing).
• Drive OTC and PTP process improvements to scale with growth.
• Evolve SaaS billing for subscription/usage-based models.
• Lead integrations using Workato to connect SaaS apps and automate data flows.
• Partner with HR/Onboarding to optimize Hire-to-Retire and access automation.
• Influence AI program and integrate AI into back-office workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years IT leadership; 5+ years managing cloud apps.
• BS in Information Systems/CS; graduate degree a plus.
• NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Multi-Books).
• Billing ops in Telecom or SaaS with usage-based/recurring revenue.
• Familiar with Coupa, Expensify, UltiPro, Deel; LogiSense a plus.
• SOX/PCI/SSAE16 IT governance; strategic leadership and comms.
