Senior Director, Integrated HCP Engagement

📋 Description

• Define and lead an integrated HCP engagement strategy.
• Expand scientific exchange with tailored education for HCPs.
• Scale virtual and asynchronous engagement and personalized content.
• Align across HQ Medical, Field Medical, and Scientific Communications.
• Advance Skeletal Dysplasia (QED) and Calcilytix education initiatives.
• Support launch readiness and late-stage development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent with 12+ years of experience
• Rare disease and/or endocrinology experience; skeletal dysplasia preferred
• Proven ability to build and evolve engagement strategies
• Experience developing educational programs and broader scientific engagement
• Collaborative across HQ and field in a matrixed environment
• Strategic thinker who translates science into actionable plans
• Strong regulatory/compliance awareness; travel up to 30%
