• Proven senior IT and managed services leadership.
• Strong mainframe technical awareness and cost optimization history.
• Financial mgmt: budgeting, forecasting, CapEx/OpEx optimization.
• Contract interpretation and negotiation with IBM terms.
• Travel: 30%-50%.
