📋 Description

  • Serve as primary HR partner to the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team.
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support commercialization.
  • Scale HR across the enterprise from pre-commercial to fully commercial.
  • Design and build the commercial org structure (HQ and field teams).
  • Lead talent strategy, development, and performance management.
  • Coach leaders on change, succession, and org design.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 15+ years of HR experience including HRBP leadership roles.
  • Experience partnering with the CCO and senior commercial leadership; scaling orgs.
  • Biotech/pharma industry experience; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity; strategic and hands-on across multiple functions.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
