🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of HR experience including HRBP leadership roles.
- Experience partnering with the CCO and senior commercial leadership; scaling orgs.
- Biotech/pharma industry experience; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
- Able to navigate ambiguity; strategic and hands-on across multiple functions.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
