  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership with oversight of HRBP/People Partner teams.
  • Deep knowledge of India labor law and HR compliance; multinational or matrixed exposure.
  • Proven success in building partnerships, leading through change, enabling growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity while staying people-first.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting large and/or fast-scaling workforces in India with senior leaders.
