- Strong analytical fluency to define metrics, diagnose performance, and drive decisions.
- Proven success building new programs or teams in fast-changing environments.
- Experience designing experimentation frameworks to test GTM hypotheses and improve performance.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence to align stakeholders.
- Experience with GTM transformation, new motions, ownership changes, or new operating models.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, product signals, and expansions in self-serve or managed funnels.
