🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in SaaS sales, revenue strategy, growth, or GTM leadership, incl. PLG and sales-assisted.
  • Proven track record designing or scaling segmentation/coverage/targeting models that improve conversion.
  • Experience partnering with analytics, data science, marketing, and sales ops to translate insights into GTM execution.
  • Strong analytical fluency to define metrics, diagnose performance, and drive decisions.
  • Proven success building new programs or teams in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience designing experimentation frameworks to test GTM hypotheses and improve performance.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence to align stakeholders.
  • Experience with GTM transformation, new motions, ownership changes, or new operating models.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, product signals, and expansions in self-serve or managed funnels.
