  • Rebuild growth marketing across organic, paid, and sales motions.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue with emphasis on SEO and SEM.
  • Establish a framework linking marketing to pipeline, CAC, and revenue.
  • Lead and develop the initial team and plan for future scale.
  • Audit channels, attribution, and performance to guide investments.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, PLG, PMM, and leadership to align strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading growth with mixed GTM: PLG, sales-led, and paid channels.
  • Hands-on attribution, measurement, and marketing ops infrastructure experience.
  • Strong depth in performance and organic growth, especially SEO and SEM.
  • Experience partnering with Sales to drive pipeline, including ABM or other growth motions.
  • A track record of operating effectively in ambiguity and building functions from the ground up.
  • Nice to have: Series B or C experience.
