- Proven ability to lead front-line managers in distributed teams.
- Strong analytical/operational judgment using performance data.
- Collaborate across senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Finance.
- Familiar with forecasting, quotas, territory design, and account health.
- Clear comms with business and tech buyers about DevSecOps/CI-CD/AI.
