🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in partner programs or ecosystem strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • 7+ years in leadership building high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record designing global GTM programs leveraging partnerships for revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including Global/Regional SIs, VARs, ISVs, MSPs.
  • Strong strategic/analytical skills with data-driven insights.
  • Experience with PRM systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
