📋 Description

  • Lead GoDaddy’s Global Employee Relations strategy, governance, and operating model.
  • Provide senior‑level ER leadership on investigations, conduct, and performance management.

  • Proven ER or investigations leadership at scale in global orgs.
  • Experience building global operating models, governance, and leader enablement.
  • Strong people leadership with distributed teams across regions.
  • Trusted advisor to senior leaders on high-stakes people decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of global/local labor laws; ability to interpret with counsel.
