📋 Description

• Lead global framework for obligations across jurisdictions and entities into governance and controls.
• Design and implement key controls; build scalable testing with methodology and evidence.
• Engage with third parties (auditors, consultants, providers) on control design and oversight.
• Design and deliver global regulatory reporting governance with ownership, documentation, and escalation.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, RFIs by coordinating responses and regulator-ready docs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with cross-functional partnership.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years designing and managing complex controls in regulated financial services.
• Law degree, with 15+ years of legal practice experience.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational controls, governance.
• Experience interacting with regulators, including RFIs, exams, audits.
• Experience building regulatory reporting governance and controls testing.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
