Senior Director, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee external audit process; liaison to auditors for clean opinions
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to GAAP
• Implement and monitor internal controls in the financial reporting function
• Monitor the impact of new accounting standards and regulatory changes
• Provide technical guidance on leases, stock-based comp, and revenue recognition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA required; Master’s preferred
• 15+ years in accounting/financial reporting; 10+ in leadership; public/Big Four
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX 404
• Experience leading large audits and managing external auditors
• ERP and financial reporting systems experience (NetSuite, Workiva)
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
