Senior Director, Field Engineering (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical engagement lifecycle for strategic accounts: pre-sales to handoff.
• Design multi-system integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain senior technical relationships with CTO/CIO and platform architects.
• Lead technical discovery and scope field engagements with solutions consultants.
• Navigate security/compliance reviews (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA-adjacent).
• Build and maintain a playbook library with templates, blueprints, and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in enterprise software engineering with 3+ years leading customer-facing teams.
• Deep enterprise integration across Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, REST, GraphQL.
• Track record owning enterprise tech relationships, incl. security reviews.
• Document work and share repeatable patterns across teams.
• Proven people leadership: hire, develop, and maintain quality and commitments.
• Strong executive communication: architecture docs and business cases for mixed audiences.
• Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
• BS or MS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
