Senior Director, Enterprise Software and Growth

📋 Description

• Lead StorefrontPro, Enterprise API, and FoodStorm; own end-to-end outcomes (NRR, GTV, TTL).
• Lead three Director-led teams: Retailer Delivery, EA & Engineering, Retailer Success.
• Build senior CS capability; hire Principal Growth Strategists to engage retailer execs.
• Define joint BD-CS operating model for enterprise accounts.
• Set strategic standard for enterprise implementations; own TTL and platform investments.
• Design implementation-to-success lifecycle; ensure launches transition to growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading enterprise software in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Direct leadership of professional services, implementation, or delivery org; focus on design and quality.
• Direct leadership of customer success or account management for post-live growth, NRR.
• Own post-sale P&L with $200M+ ARR across the full customer lifecycle.
• 5+ years managing Director-level leaders across functions; set standards; avoid micromanagement.
• Experience leading or managing solutions architecture, TAM, or professional services engineering; integrated operating model with BD/Delivery/CS.
