📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a high-performing data and analytics team.
• Partner with AI Engineering to accelerate AI data pipelines.
• Own the backend data lifecycle from ingestion to governance.
• Strengthen data security, governance, and access controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data platform/engineering; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience building data foundations and AI/ML pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of data stacks: warehousing, ETL/ELT, modeling, Tableau.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
• Governance: FedRAMP and public cloud familiarity.
• Cross-functional collaboration; translate tech needs to non-tech.
