🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in employee relations, employment law, or HR leadership.
  • Global ER&C leadership experience across large orgs.
  • Proven investigations, conflict resolution, and risk mgmt.
  • Deep knowledge of global compliance frameworks.
  • Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • JD or relevant legal background preferred.
