๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Define and lead a full-funnel, audience-first brand strategy across EMEA.
  • Shape KAYAK and momondo voice in UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and beyond.
  • Localize brand positioning and messaging for local languages and contexts.
  • Lead integrated cross-channel campaigns across TV, online video, OOH, audio, social, and owned channels.
  • Partner with Creative to balance storytelling and conversion; co-develop messaging and CTAs.
  • Role requires working from Copenhagen office 3 days per week.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 12+ years in brand marketing with leadership across Europe (Nordics a plus).
  • Proven track record building and scaling full-funnel brand strategies.
  • Experience in integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Comfort with measurement, testing, and attribution in performance settings.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives.
  • Experience leading and developing teams across functions and influencing senior levels.
  • Experience in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplaces is a plus.
