- Define and lead a full-funnel, audience-first brand strategy across EMEA.
- Shape KAYAK and momondo voice in UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and beyond.
- Localize brand positioning and messaging for local languages and contexts.
- Lead integrated cross-channel campaigns across TV, online video, OOH, audio, social, and owned channels.
- Partner with Creative to balance storytelling and conversion; co-develop messaging and CTAs.
- Role requires working from Copenhagen office 3 days per week.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 12+ years in brand marketing with leadership across Europe (Nordics a plus).
- Proven track record building and scaling full-funnel brand strategies.
- Experience in integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Comfort with measurement, testing, and attribution in performance settings.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives.
- Experience leading and developing teams across functions and influencing senior levels.
- Experience in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplaces is a plus.
