- Extensive experience in sales leadership or GTM strategy in complex SaaS or institutional environments.
- Proven track record of managing managers and scaling high-performance teams.
- Mastery of multi-stakeholder sales cycles and buying by committee.
- Data-driven with RevOps tools, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
- Strong executive presence; experience presenting at conferences and board meetings.
- Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, or EdTech preferred; venture-backed experience is a plus.
