  • Day-to-day strategic lead for a global enterprise B2B account (~$3M/mo) paid media.
  • Own client strategy, growth roadmap, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Architect global media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM.
  • Translate business and GTM priorities into paid media by stages, personas, regions.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budget allocation across regions and funnel stages.
  • Guide performance reporting and optimization for lead quality and revenue impact.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with deep expertise in B2B performance and full-funnel strategy.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, global B2B media programs for enterprises.
  • Strong command of brand-to-demand strategy, including ABM and multi-stakeholder journeys.
  • Experience translating CRM, sales, and account data into actionable media insights.
  • Advanced understanding of media forecasting, budget allocation, and AT frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM, incrementality).
  • Comfortable presenting strategic POVs and recommendations to CMOs and revenue leaders.
  • Collaborative, confident leader in cross-functional, multi-region environments.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience.
