- 7+ years of digital marketing with deep expertise in B2B performance and full-funnel strategy.
- Proven success leading large-scale, global B2B media programs for enterprises.
- Strong command of brand-to-demand strategy, including ABM and multi-stakeholder journeys.
- Experience translating CRM, sales, and account data into actionable media insights.
- Advanced understanding of media forecasting, budget allocation, and AT frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM, incrementality).
- Comfortable presenting strategic POVs and recommendations to CMOs and revenue leaders.
- Collaborative, confident leader in cross-functional, multi-region environments.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience.
