  • Lead global integrated marketing strategy across messaging, audiences, and channels.
  • Design and govern tiered campaigns (Tier 1–3) for awareness, demand, and revenue.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Events, SDR, and Sales to land programs globally.
  • Build a high-impact multi-channel GTM engine to drive growth.
  • Lead webinars, trade shows, email nurture, and sponsored content programs.
  • Hybrid: in-office 3 days/week at Addison, Bellevue, Durham, Emeryville, Reston.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in demand generation across online and offline channels.
  • 5+ years leading and managing a marketing team (5+ direct reports).
  • BA/BS or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo a plus).
  • Experience with 6Sense and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven track record building multi-channel programs (webinars, events, ABM, lifecycle).
  • Ability to measure ROI, pipeline, and CAC across programs.
