📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data science and product analytics strategy (modeling, experiments, insights).
• Build and lead a global team across data science, ML, and product analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
• Lead Product Analytics and Experimentation; define instrumentation and metrics.
• Build and scale experimentation and A/B testing across 50+ teams.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to optimize retention and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, or ML; 5+ years in senior SaaS leadership.
• Proven track record building data science and product analytics teams driving growth.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch; strong experimentation and causal inference.
• Lead product analytics, instrumentation, event taxonomies, and metric frameworks.
• Deep experience with A/B testing and scalable experimental design across 50+ teams.
• Operationalize models with feature stores, model registries, and automated retraining.
• IPO readiness or large-scale data governance a plus.
