📋 Description

• Own multi-year vision and strategy for internal data products
• Partner with C-suite to translate data strategy into roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers
• Champion canonical golden data assets as single source of truth
• Drive self-serve data capabilities for business users

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, with 3–5 years in senior leadership
• Experience leading enterprise-wide data democratization with executive visibility
• Deep understanding of data ecosystems: pipelines, lakehouse, medallion, analytics, governance
• Exceptional communication and executive presence for C-suite audiences
• Proven ability to define and execute a vision for trusted, governed data assets
• Experience building and scaling self-serve analytics programs
