Partner with business, IT, analytics, clinical ops, and vendors to deliver interoperable data.
Translate strategy into roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, and ownership; monitor performance.
Lead and mentor teams; manage vendor qualifications to meet quality and timelines.
Oversee standards governance and lifecycle; drive automation-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
15+ years clinical data management in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in leadership.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive about issues.
Experience overseeing multiple vendors (CROs, ePRO, EDC).
Deep knowledge of data management processes and CDISC standards.
