📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • 4+ years in a cybersecurity SaaS leadership role, driving growth.
  • IAM knowledge/experience preferred; cybersecurity valuable.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem IT architectures.
  • Proven senior CS leadership in SaaS, building and leading teams.
  • Experience with CS platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools.
