🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams (Senior Manager or Director)
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion quotas
  • Ability to develop close relationships with customers through empathy
  • Proactive and self-driven, with energy and resiliency
  • Experience hiring, developing, and up-leveling teams
