- Executive ownership of strategy, planning, analytics, and ops for Customer/Partner functions with C-suite partners.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight (preferred), and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
- Track record of building scalable processes and cross-functional alignment without authority.
