  • Act as Senior Director of Customer & Partner Operations, owning planning, analytics, and cadence.
  • Lead cross-functional ops for customer success, services, support, and partners.
  • Shape how we measure and track the Customer & Partner GTM model.
  • Lead the CCO Strategy & Operations team and executive review models.
  • Own operating cadence: QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and board reports.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to remove friction.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative/business focus; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CS Ops in high-growth enterprise software.
  • Executive ownership of strategy, planning, analytics, and ops for Customer/Partner functions with C-suite partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight (preferred), and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
  • Track record of building scalable processes and cross-functional alignment without authority.
