📋 Description

• Own financial data integrity across accounting, billing, payroll, and analytics.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with fast cadence and automation.
• Design and evolve financial systems architecture with Product and Engineering.
• Drive automation across accounting workflows using AI and modern tooling.
• Lead audit readiness and internal controls as the company scales.
• Own technical accounting and policy development ensuring GAAP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting and financial operations; CPA required.
• Ownership mindset: finance as an enabler, not a support function.
• Proven track record scaling accounting functions with automation.
• Deep technical accounting, including revenue recognition and audit readiness.
• Experience designing scalable financial systems with Product and Engineering.
• Hands-on AI/automation tools (LLMs, workflow platforms, AI-forward ERPs).
