Senior Director, Commercial Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead strategic commercial efforts for a clinical-stage biotech with AD asset in phase 3.
• Plan and execute the five-year US commercial roadmap across initiatives.
• Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance and Leadership to embed commercial input early.
• Establish a market intelligence process to track competitive dynamics and market shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MD, PhD) preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years in industry, including 5+ years in strategic consulting or pharma/biotech strategy.
• Broad experience across commercial roles with primary responsibility for strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing effective commercial strategies in biotech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data-driven analyses and executive-ready decks.
