• Provide strategic oversight of CMC operations in pharma labs.
• Manage CMC testing departments via managers and supervisors.

• Plan policies and initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Ensure client and employee satisfaction; on-time delivery of services.
• Achieve revenue targets and align resources across BioAgilytix teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology; 14+ years in labs.
• Master’s degree in related field; 12+ years in labs.
• PhD in related field; 10+ years in labs.
• Experience guiding immunoassay development (ELISA, MSD-ECL, RIA).
• Leadership to supervise teams; cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA/EMEA guidelines.
