πŸ“‹ Description

  • Develop, coach, and manage the Cloud Partner Specialist team to meet regional goals.
  • Build and cultivate executive relationships between AWS and MongoDB to close large deals.
  • Define and execute NAMER & LATAM GTM strategy with AWS to build a cloud partner pipeline.
  • Report to the VP WW Cloud and own strategic and operational AWS relationship.
  • Drive large, strategic deals in partnership with MongoDB, AWS, and field sales.
  • Forecast co-sell Net ARR and strategic NARR by AWS for weekly leadership reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in quota-carrying direct strategic sales or partner/channel sales; β‰₯3 years in management.
  • Solid experience defining and executing pipeline generation strategies at a management level.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a heavy sales matrix model.
  • Knowledge of open source, enterprise software, SaaS, Database, or Cloud Computing.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Ability to lead teams through complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
