📋 Description

  • Identify and originate new opportunities with Fortune 1000 C&I and MUSH institutions.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, senior mgmt, and functional leaders.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from outreach to ESA execution.
  • Lead technical and commercial sales discussions on Generate’s IaaS value.
  • Develop proposals showing financial, operational, and environmental benefits.
  • Drive expansion with existing multi-facility customers into new sites and tech.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15+ years in BD, direct sales, or relationship mgmt in energy services/building infra.
  • Deep familiarity with building infra and Energy-as-a-Service (ESCO, IaaS).
  • Proven track record closing complex, long-cycle transactions with large customers.
  • Existing network within Fortune 1000 C-suite and energy services sector.
  • Strong grasp of IRR, NPV, MOIC, ESA/PPA, project finance, tax equity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial; autonomous within a platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
