🎯 Requirements
- 8–15+ years in BD, direct sales, or relationship mgmt in energy services/building infra.
- Deep familiarity with building infra and Energy-as-a-Service (ESCO, IaaS).
- Proven track record closing complex, long-cycle transactions with large customers.
- Existing network within Fortune 1000 C-suite and energy services sector.
- Strong grasp of IRR, NPV, MOIC, ESA/PPA, project finance, tax equity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial; autonomous within a platform.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
