Senior Director, Bus Programs

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and operational planning for the Bus Programs Initiative, including goals, OKRs, KPIs, and quarterly reviews.
• Align priorities with organizational strategy, funding opportunities, and market needs.
• Oversee work plans, hiring plans, and initiative level budget coordination with executive leadership.
• Drive cross cutting collaboration to develop demonstrations, pilots, and deployment programs.
• Oversee major bus programs, fleet transition planning, and incentive programs.
• Represent CALSTART at industry forums and engage with agencies and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in transit, fleet electrification, or related clean transportation sectors.
• 7+ years program and project management experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• 5+ years business development and partnership cultivation experience.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience with battery-electric and hydrogen bus technologies.
