- 12+ years in brand/creative leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech/investment sectors.
- Proven in-house creative leadership at post-IPO or late-stage growth companies.
- Highly organized with an operational mindset; fix workflows and build structure (intake, SLAs).
- Experience leading brand transformations, rebrands, or organizational change.
- Deep knowledge of creative workflows (Figma, Adobe, Asana); able to direct work and review files.
- Portfolio showing multi-channel brand-building (web, campaigns, sales materials, events, video).
