  • Define and evolve the brand creative vision across web, campaigns, events, and comms.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression that builds trust in PE/investment markets.
  • Partner with Head of Corporate Marketing to align priorities with company goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in brand/creative leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech/investment sectors.
  • Proven in-house creative leadership at post-IPO or late-stage growth companies.
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset; fix workflows and build structure (intake, SLAs).
  • Experience leading brand transformations, rebrands, or organizational change.
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows (Figma, Adobe, Asana); able to direct work and review files.
  • Portfolio showing multi-channel brand-building (web, campaigns, sales materials, events, video).
