📋 Description

• Define AI/ML roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead AI/ML org and end-to-end product delivery.
• Define GenAI methods and best practices for clinical use.
• Architect AI workflows and models for decision support.
• Drive AI transformation across departments and automation.
• Ensure HIPAA/CMS governance and guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in CS, Math, Stats or related field.
• 10+ years AI/ML eng; 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in LLMs (RAG) and traditional ML.
• Experience with regulated AI systems (HIPAA/CMS).
• Hands-on with Python, Node.js, TS, LLMs, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow, AWS.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and explain AI investments.
