- Build and operate the AI control plane with governance, monitoring, and cost controls.
- Oversee AI gateways, registries, agent marketplaces, and security tooling.
- Partner with Forward Deployed AI, AI SWE, Security, Legal, Ops, and Data teams to deploy safely.
- Accelerate AI adoption while maintaining guardrails and operational excellence.
- Manage cross-functional demands and adapt to evolving business needs.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale systems.
- Led platform or infrastructure teams at scale, ideally in data or AI.
- Experience building/managing AI gateways, service platforms, observability, or FinOps.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, including LLMs and operational challenges.
- Experience with security, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Able to operate at strategic and technical levels; balance speed, cost, and risk.
