🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with AI/ML platform exp; 5+ years in director role.
• Built/led AI/ML platforms (feature stores, model serving, pipelines) in AWS/GCP.
• Deep ML knowledge: algorithms, statistics, experimental design.
• NLP and LLM proficiency; production use (classification, summarization, generation).
• Product thinking: turn high‑level needs into concrete data science problems.
• Strong communication to executives and product teams.
• Master’s or PhD in CS/Stats/Math or related field.
