📋 Description

  • Lead regional account management team; hire, onboard, train, and develop.
  • Collaborate with Global VP to identify growth opportunities; craft pitches and staffing plans.
  • Lead regional hiring; assist in recruiting Account Management roles.
  • Mentor senior and junior team members to improve performance.
  • Develop long-term growth plans for strategic regional accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmaps; track requests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Proven experience achieving $50M+ ARR within existing customers.
  • Ability to negotiate Enterprise deals $5M+ ACV.
  • Track record building relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts at the C‑level.
  • Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Forecasting and financial planning and strategy skills.
