📋 Description

• Core eCommerce & Site Performance: Analyze PLP/PDP and core pages to optimize flow.
• Device & Funnel Analysis: Monitor conversion funnel by mobile vs desktop; identify friction.
• Traffic Attribution: Analyze traffic channels and interaction with site features.
• Commercial Metrics: Own reporting for discounts, promos, and new vs. repeat.
• Revenue Forecasting: Forecast KPIs by channel and customer segment; dynamic updates.
• Testing & Personalization: Lead A/B testing and personalization analysis with Optimizely and Ninetailed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4–5 years in Ecommerce and Revenue analytics.
• Communication & Synthesis: Persuasive communicator for non-technical stakeholders.
• Platform Mastery: GA4, Heap, Shopify; Excel for advanced modeling.
• Technical Agility: Advanced SQL; quick to learn new BI tools (Sigma).
• BI Expertise: Sigma and/or Looker (LookML); BI migrations a plus.
• Preferred: Data Engineering exposure (Snowflake or AWS).
