- Develop cross-platform digital strategies to persuade and mobilize voters.

- 5+ years of political digital experience (campaigns, advocacy, PR).
- Expertise in paid digital advertising and/or organic/social media.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Passion for democratic politics and advocacy.
- Strong work ethic; detail-oriented; able to work long hours under deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; advanced formulas/macros.
- Familiarity with AI tools and using them to boost efficiency.
