🎯 Requirements

- Track record of successful product launches in consumer electronics/high-volume devices.
- Proficient with DFM, fixture design, SolidWorks/Creo; hands-on problem solving.
- Comfortable working with CMs/JDMs and supporting factory operations.
- Strong communication, organization, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
- Experience supporting development builds and scaling for mass production; DOE/GR&R/SPC.
