Hands-on work with infrastructure for distributed, scalable SaaS and on-prem services
Gather requirements from customers and adapt manifests to support new environments
Use and augment monitoring tools to observe platform health and reliability
Collaborate with product teams to test features and package on-prem releases
Automate and optimize the release pipeline to reduce friction
Explore emerging tech to solve our challenges

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure engineer or similar
Excellent communication; ability to work with customers to address infrastructure needs
Experience with Kubernetes
A self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with multi-cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem architectures
Strong troubleshooting skills
