Senior DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and GitOps across environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployability, reliability, and observability.
• Support data streaming pipelines (Kafka, Kafka Streams, Flink) and ensure data integrity.
• Observability and security practices: Prometheus, Grafana, container hardening, scanning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on DevOps or platform engineering.
• 5+ years with Docker and Kubernetes; provisioning, operating, and troubleshooting clusters.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitLab CI and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD).
• Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka or Flink).
• Terraform-based IaC with Ansible or similar tooling.
• Cloud experience on AWS and/or Azure; networking, IAM, storage.
