Lead engineer in a client support pod for Azure PaaS and networking
Day-to-day ops for Azure PaaS across dev, test, staging, prod
Handle ticket workload in ServiceNow: standard changes and connectivity requests
Deploy and support Azure PaaS services: App Service, Front Door, App Gateway, Service Bus
Network and security focus: NSGs, VNets, ExpressRoute, TLS/HTTPS
CI/CD via Terraform and Azure DevOps; mentoring teammates

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in mission-critical environments
2+ years hands-on Azure PaaS engineering
Experience with Azure PaaS services (App Service, Front Door, App Gateway)
Strong Azure Networking experience (NSGs, VNets, ExpressRoute)
ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing experience
IaC and scripting: Terraform, Azure DevOps; PowerShell
